The short version

• We don't sell your data. We never have, we never will.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by emailing us directly.
• Web-server access logs are kept briefly for security and operational purposes.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form on /contact/, you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company or organization, the inquiry type you selected (General, Partnership, or Media), a subject line, and the body of your message.

If you email us directly at [email protected], we receive whatever your email contains, including your email address.

Information collected automatically

Our web server (Caddy) records standard request information: IP address, user agent, referring URL, requested path, response status, and timestamp. These logs are used to operate the site, diagnose problems, and detect abuse. They are kept for a short operational window and then rotated out.

When you submit the contact form, our small contact API additionally records the IP address and user agent associated with that submission so we can investigate spam or abuse if it occurs. This information is included in the email that is delivered to us and is not retained separately on the server beyond standard log rotation.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set any first-party cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or analytics that profile individual visitors. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log basic request data on Google's side; that is governed by Google's privacy policy.

How we use your information

• Replying to you. The primary use of any information you submit is so we can read it and respond.
• Operating the site. Server logs let us keep the site running and spot abuse.
• Record-keeping. Inquiries may be retained in our email inbox so we can pick a conversation back up later.

We do not use submitted information to add you to a marketing list, and we do not share it with partners for their own marketing.

Service providers

To run this site, we use a small set of third-party services. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Postmark (Wildbit, LLC) — delivers contact-form emails to our inbox. Submission contents pass through Postmark's infrastructure. See Postmark's privacy policy.
• Email host — receives and stores email sent to [email protected].
• Web host / DNS — serves the static site and handles network traffic.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on the site.

We will only disclose your information to other parties if we are required to by law (subpoena, court order, or comparable legal process), or if it is strictly necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages live in our email inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. Server access logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated out. Postmark retains delivery metadata according to its own retention policy.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information about you we have.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information from our records (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Stop further communication from us.

To make any of these requests, email [email protected] from the address you originally contacted us with, or one we can reasonably verify is yours. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS across the entire site, scope our Postmark API token to a single sender, and rate-limit the contact endpoint. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we follow reasonable practices to protect what you send us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
